Having web pages stored in cache can speed up the overall browsing experience if specific websites are visited very frequently.
Here is how to increase the cache size in Internet Explorer 9 (IE9):
1. Open IE9 and left click on the gear icon on top right, then select “Internet options”.
2. Under the “Browsing history” section in “General” tab, select “Settings”.
3. Change the cache size in the “Disk space to use” field to what is desired and click Ok to close.
All done.
[ To do the same for Mozilla Firefox, check out this earlier post].
